KVPY-SA Preparation Course

COURSE DESCRIPTION

This is an intensive short-term exam preparation course for KVPY-SA Examination conducted typically in November every year. This course is for students who have completed class 10. This course will help student master the concepts in core subjects: Physics, Chemistry, Biology & Mathematics.

The KVPY-SA exam is the best chance for serious students with clear interest in pursuing pure science research. The competition only intensifies in the further KVPY (SX and SB) examinations.

Preparing for the KVPY-SA examination also has other benefits. It will not only ensure students score well in their class 11 exams but also build a strong foundation for higher learning!

HOW ARE THE CLASSES HELD?

The Course has a combination of Concept Videos, HOTS (Higher Order Thinking Skills) Video Lessons and Live Classroom Sessions. The Students during the term of this course will be expected to do the following:

• Each subject has multiple topics and each topic has multiple videos.
• Every topic has corresponding HOTS video lessons specifically targeted for KVPY-SA examination
• These videos are arranged as weekly lessons. Tests are also planned on regular basis
• Curriculum tab gives the complete schedule of the course
• Students need to complete the allocated videos every week and solve the HOT questions and homework questions.
• Students can post their doubts on the discussion forum. Corresponding subject teacher will clear the doubts regularly
• Students have to take the online tests as per the plan
• Live and interactive classes will be scheduled on regular basis to clear doubts
• Once the syllabus is completed, students can download practice sets and start solving them as per the schedule. Students can later download the answer keys also.
• Multiple mock examinations are conducted as per the planned schedule
• For top 10% students, 1 week of intense workshop will be conducted in October, details of which will be communicated to selected students.
